We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the exceptional cleanliness of the room and the accommodating housekeeping staff. We particularly enjoyed the heated floor and the spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a great addition, with a variety of options including the popular "make your own waffles". The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and a nearby Homeplus. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing complimentary welcome packs and free ice coffee throughout the day. These small touches made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room temperature was difficult to control, leading to a stuffy and uncomfortable environment. some of the furniture appeared outdated and in need of updating.

The room at Symphony Hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job. The bed was perfectly made, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We were impressed with the immediate response to a drainage issue in the bathroom, which was fixed right away. And the best part? The floor of the room was heated, offering a cozy and comfortable experience.

While the room was well-maintained, it lacked independent temperature control, resulting in it being too warm. We had to keep the window open most of the time to regulate the temperature.
